Core Blast

Training abs sometimes gets a bad rap of being "boring." That's why this class combines a variety of training styles from isometric strength to endurance training. This class is core focused, targeting your entire core, but that doesn't mean we neglect the arms or legs! Don't be surprised if we throw in some weights too!  This high intensity, 30-mintue class will not be boring!

Class size is limited.  Reservations are required.  Please see our Group Fitness Calendar for details.

Fee: Purchase your group fitness package on the CRS Marketplace.
