Cougar Flow and Core

This is not your average core class.  It's our version of a hybrid core and yoga class.  Your core includes more than just your mid-section.  This class is designed to challenge and strengthen all aspects of your core including your abdominals, hips, and glutes.  A strong core is important for spinal health, sports performance, and balance.  Our Cougar trainers will challenge you through a variety of sit-ups, planks, bridges, and other surprises to keep your core guessing.  Trainers will also utilize kettle bells and modified resistance training to take your core to the next level.

Location: George Street Fitness Center

Date: Classes start August 28, 2017.

Time: Mondays from 6;45-7:30 p.m.

Fee:  Purchase the group fitness package on the CRS Marketplace.

CRS reserves the right to adjust or cancel classes that do not meet the minimum group fitness participation requirements.
