Cougar HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training, or HIIT, is an effective workout designed to burn fat and improve your fitness in a short amount of time.  Our Cougar trainers will use a combination of exercises and intervals to challenge every aspect of your fitness.  Class will begin with a warm-up to prepare your mind and body for an intense exercise period followed by a cool-down to ease you back into your day.

Class size is limited to 25 participants and you can sign-up here via our calendar.

Fee: Purchase your group fitness package on the CRS Marketplace.

CRS reserves the right to adjust and/or cancel classes that do not meet the minimum group fitness participation requirements. Minimum requirements are determined based on class and instructor.
