Cougar X-Training

Cougar X-Training is a high intensity, functional fitness training program. Classes focus on varied conditioning with a variety of exercise movements and equipment.  Classes focus on technique but emphasis physical preparation with high intensity training.  All fitness levels are welcome, but this class will be challenging.

Fee: Purchase your group fitness package on the CRS Marketplace.

Friday 5:30-6:30 PM
Saturday 9:05-10:05 AM

CRS reserves the right to adjust and/or cancel classes that do not meet the minimum group fitness participation requirements. Minimum requirements are determined based on class and instructor.
