Indoor Cycling

The Cougar Small Group Indoor Cycling is our version of the popular indoor cycling fitness classes.  This class is a part of the fall 2017 group fitness package.  Class size is limited to 10 participants.  Participants can reserve a bike seat by submitting a reseravation request (available soon).  Reservations are open 24 hours prior to the start of a class.  A single class pass can also be purchased for $5.  The workout also includes brief core work and light stretching.

Priority is given to those who have purchased the group fitness package.  The $5 drop-in fee can be purchased 5 minutes prior to the start of the class and is based on availability and priority on the wait list.  No free trials classes allowed for this class.

The group fitness package and single use pass can be purchased in our Marketplace.

Location: George Street Fitness Center, Multi-Purpose Room

Dates: Classes begin the week of August 28.

Wednesday 5:20- 6:10 p.m.
Friday 3:30- 4:20 p.m.

*CRS reserves the right to adjust or cancel classes that do not meet the minimum group fitness participation requirements
