Indoor Cycling

The Cougar Small Group Indoor Cycling is our version of the popular indoor cycling fitness classes.  This class is a part of the Fall 2019 group fitness package.  Class size is limited to 10 participants.  Participants can reserve a bike seat via IMLeagues.  Reservations are open 24 hours prior to the start of a class.  The workout also includes brief core work and light stretching.
