Fitness Overview

Now is the time to find a way to make regular physical exercise part of your weekly routine. Our fitness programs and services are designed to help you get fit and stay fit.

Your first time is free to try any of our classes!

Fall and Spring Semester Group Fitness
CRS offers a $42 group fitness package for both students and faculty and staff for the fall and spring semesters.  These packages allow you to participate in any or all of the following group fitness programs throughout the semester:

    Butts & Guts
    Cougar X-Training
    Power Yoga
    Indoor Cycling

Check the Group Fitness Calendar for the Spring 2018 fitness schedule.  Our schedule will continue to be adjusted as we prepare for the upcoming fall semester, so please check back for updates regularly. Classes begin August 27, 2018 for the fall 2018 semester!

CRS reserves the right to adjust and/or cancel classes that do not meet the minimum group fitness participation requirements. Minimum requirements are determined based on class and instructor.
