Fitness Overview

Now is the time to find a way to make regular physical exercise part of your weekly routine. Our fitness programs and services are designed to help you get fit and stay fit.

Your first time is free to try any of our classes (class sign-up is still required)!  The Fall 2019 Group Fitness Package can be purchased for $42 on our Marketplace.  Class sizes are limited based on class type.  You can reserve your spot in class by signing-up on the Group Fitness Calendar approximately 24 hours before the start of each class.  Group fitness class begin the week of August 27 for the fall 2018 semester.  

Fall and Spring Semester Group Fitness
These packages allow you to participate in any or all of the following group fitness programs throughout the semester:
    Total Body Training
    Butts & Guts
    Cougar X-Training
    Core Blast    
    Power Yoga
    Indoor Cycling

CRS also offers an option for Faculty/Staff Only Classes.  Please click here for more details.

CRS reserves the right to adjust and/or cancel classes that do not meet the minimum group fitness participation requirements. Minimum requirements are determined based on class and instructor.
