Power Yoga

Power yoga combines the ancient tradition of yoga with the fast-paced, Western lifestyle. Expect to flow through sun salutations and yoga postures with steady breathing. Come to our 60 minute power yoga classes to sweat, build core and muscle strength, increase flexibility, breathe deep, and get out of your comfort zone. 

Location: George Street Fitness Center, multipurpose room

Dates: Classes begin the week of August 28, 2017.

Times: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30- 7:30 p.m.

Fee: Purchase your group fitness package on the CRS Marketplace.
(This class is part of the group fitness package and separate from CRS Yoga offered by Skip Rector.)

CRS reserves the right to adjust or cancel classes that do not meet the minimum group fitness participation requirements.
