Total Body Training

Let our group fitness instructors get you in shape by providing a challenging atmosphere in a supportive environment. The class uses a variety of cardio, bodyweight, and resistance exercises to improve and challenge your fitness.  These classes will be challenging but all fitness levels are welcome.

Class size is limited to 25 participants and you can sign-up here via our calendar.

Fee: This class is a part of the $42 fall 2019 Group Fitness Package and can be purchased on our Marketplace.

CRS reserves the right to adjust or cancel classes that do not meet the minimum group fitness participation requirements.
