Wellness and Fitness Workshops

Campus Recreation Services in conjunction with the Department of Health and Human Performance offer various educational and hands-on workshops that seek to inform the College community of the benefits of various health and fitness topics. These workshops look to address the needs of College of Charleston students, faculty, and staff by addressing basic exercise and fitness guidelines that go overlooked or are unknown. These workshops meet thoughout the semester and target specific audiences and their needs.  Each workshop lasts approximately 45 - 60 minutes.
