Group Fitness Classes

Campus Recreational Services is pleased to offer a variety of group fitness classes to help meet your fitness needs.  As we continue to adjust to the current conditions of restrictions, we will update our schedule to better accommodate our communities needs.

Are you ready to participate? We encourage all of our member participating in our virtual or in-person sessions to: 1) make sure the exercise space and surrounding space is ready for participation (i.e., clear of obstructions); and 2) fill out and follow directions of the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire.

Current Spring 2022 Group Fitness Class Offerings

*Classes start Monday, January 10, 2022 for the Spring 2022 semester.  From Monday, January 10- Friday, January 21 all classes are FREE as part of the Week's of Welcome "Welcome Back" period.  Reservations for some classes are still required.

In-Person Group Fitness Class Restrictions

Due to enhanced safety concerns, strict guidelines surrounding group size and maximum occupancy of facilities are in place.  Our fitness program is no exception.  Currently, reservation are for all classes except for our yoga classes.  We are carefully monitoring the situation.  Yoga classes are limited based on capacity and first come, first serve priority.


CRS reserves the right to adjust or cancel classes that do not meet the minimum group fitness participation requirements.
