Group Fitness Classes

Fall 2021 & Spring 2022 Group Fitness Update

Currently, Campus Recreation Services is offering in-person group fitness classes.  Classes will have a group size limit.  Check out our group fitness offering below and sign-up for your favorite classes.  Please note our schedule is subject to change.  .  

Are you ready to participate? We encourage all of our member participating in our virtual or in-person sessions to: 1) make sure the exercise space and surrounding space is ready for participation (i.e., clear of obstructions); and 2) fill out and follow directions of the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire.

Group Fitness Calendar

All it takes is three steps to join our group fitness classes.

1) Purchase your Spring 2022 Group Fitness Package here.

*Yoga classes are free and do not require purchase of the package nor class registration.

**Please note that special events don't require purchase of our group fitness package.

2) Create your IMLeagues account using your CofC email address.  If you've already got an account, make sure you're logged into IMLeagues with your CofC email address or download the free IMLeague app available in your app store.

3) Sign up for your favorite classes below.  Please note registration for some classes is only open 48 hours in advance.  All in-person classes have strict class size limits due to COVID guidelines.  At this time, face coverings are no longer required for physical activity inside recreation facilities.
