Virtual Fitness

In order to continue providing fitness opportunities for our college community, Campus Recreational Services is now providing virtual fitness classes at no cost.  We are committed to bringing you high quality instruction in the safety of your home.   All of our virtual classes are designed so that you can follow along with equipment found around your home.  All that's required is for you to "join us" as we stream these workouts or at time that works for you.

Are you ready to participate? We encourage all of our member participating in our virtual or in-person sessions to: 1) make sure the exercise space and surrounding space is ready for participation (i.e., clear of obstructions); and 2) fill out and follow directions of the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire.

How Can You Join Us?

In order to accommodate our busy community, we're providing both live streaming sessions and recorded sessions.  Live streaming classes information is found on our group fitness calendar.  All you need to do is sign-up using IMLeagues for your favorite classes.  After you register an email is sent to your College of Charleston email address with a link to join us for the live stream.

 


  

CRS reserves the right to adjust and/or cancel classes that do not meet the minimum group fitness participation requirements. Minimum requirements are determined based on class and instructor.
